Health Science Career Center
MedEx Academy is a full immersive summer experience designed for students interested in the health sciences. MedEx provides students with various enriching opportunities from simulation to debates to interview preparation to hospital observation.
Through academic partnerships with our primary academic partners University of South Carolina, Clemson University and Furman University, as well as our other affiliate universities, the Greenville Health System (GHS) is excited to provide academic opportunities for undergraduate students interested in health sciences careers.
Cardiovascular Technology Program
The University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville is a four-year medical program developed as a partnership between the University of South Carolina (USC) and the Greenville Health System (GHS). The medical school is located on the Greenville Memorial Medical Campus of Greenville Health System, one of the region’s largest and most comprehenisve health systems, and backed by two decades of partnership with the University of South Carolina, the state’s largest public university.
Each year, GHS assists in placing nursing and allied health students in over 80 clinical sites within GHS. Representatives from our nursing leadership are also active members of the advisory boards at area colleges and universities.
