Nursing students at Greenville Health System (GHS) are provided quality clinical and educational student nursing experiences within all eight GHS campuses at more than 80 clinical sites across our system.

- Access to computers throughout the facilities
- A comprehensive Clinical Resource Manual is provided to all GHS faculty, and a preceptor handbook to guide the senior nursing student through practicum
- Access to an innovative software program for scheduling viewing approved clinical rotations
- Opportunities to participate in GHS educational sessions and professional practice councils
- Online evaluation forms to provide continual feedback to enhance the learning experience and sharing of information
Undergraduate Nursing & Pipeline Program
GHS is the main training ground for undergraduate nursing students and nursing-related students from more than 10 local, affiliated schools of nursing including:
- Unit Secretary
- Patient Care Technician
- Surgical Technology
Graduate Nursing & Professional Studies
GHS employees are eligible to apply for clinical or educational placement consideration, when enrolled in a current GHS affiliated program. Employees enrolling in an affiliated program that meets a workforce need, are eligible for priority clinical or educational placement . Graduate nursing programs include, but are not limited to:
- RN-BSN
- Nurse Practitioner
- Clinical Nurse Educator
- Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Informatics
- CRNA
