The Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development is one of five academic administrative offices supporting the Ramage Center for Teaching and Learning.
- Organization and oversight of all elements of faculty well-being, including recruitment, retention, development, discipline and planning for viable career trajectories
- Maintenance and organization of documentation related to credentialing, appointment and promotion, annual evaluation and achievement
- Development of a system for establishing and documenting a faculty member’s competence to engage in specific elements of teaching and training
- Management of resources and support via GHS Health Sciences Center for a system-wide approach to leadership development driven by the needs of the delivery system
