The authors listed on each paper are expected to play a significant role in the manuscript’s content, study design and/or analysis. Patient Protection
All patient data must be de-identified. Furthermore, we ask that you refrain from using any physical descriptions, personal details or photographs that may lead to the identification of a specific patient. Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval should be stated in all manuscripts that involve a case series of three or more patients and any project that involves original research.
Conflict of Interest
A statement regarding conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest is required on the submitted title page, as indicated in the Author Instructions.
Reproduction
